Chemical Markup Language

CML: http://www.xml-cml.org/ 

CML files describe molecules and can be converted to SVG for visualisation.
This is done with the {{cml url="cml-file.xml" height="200" width="200"}} action.

CML files can be generated from .mol files.

At the moment, the SVG view is not very interactive. You can simply zoom into the molecule.


You will need a SVG-enabled browser to view this page.
